My Birth Philosophy

I view birth as a natural and biological function of a woman's body. There are times when childbirth can occur without the use of medication or interventions and times when help is necessary.  

Either way, childbirth can be a wonderful, memorable experience.  My goal as your doula is to help you facilitate your established birth plan.
